Just outside downtown, the condo is very close to Balboa Park and the world-famous San Diego Zoo. So there is plenty to do when you have visitors come to visit!

About the condo, it's a 2/2 condo fully furnished with brand new furniture. Each bedroom has its own TV and internet and all utilities are included. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay - coffee and espresso makers, microwaves, full size refrigerator, gas range and oven. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a walk in closet. The guest bedroom has a full-size bed and a stylish glass top desk. Additionally, the condo has a washer and dryer.

The condo is very quiet - the unit only has one shared wall in the guest bathroom and all windows face the interior courtyard - so very little street noise (uncommon for a downtown condo!). To make it even better, there is a pleasant fountain that is in the courtyard that provides a nice audio backdrop when you have the windows open or are enjoying your morning coffee on the patio.

The unit has 2 parking spots included on site in the underground parking garage. The building and garage are secured as well.
