This is a newly renovated upper 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the second floor. It was remodeled down to the studs and thoughtfully redesigned with beach living in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining/living room has a new flat screen TV with 'smart' technology and wifi. There is a common courtyard patio shared by guests staying at the condos that offers bay views and is a perfect spot for grilling and sunbathing. The hot tub accommodates up to 8 and is the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. Steps away from the condo in the evenings you can view the fireworks from Sea World. If you are in search for a modern and clean condo to enjoy all that Mission Beach and Pacific Beach has to offer this is the place for you! Verona By The Sea is ideally located on the Mission Beach 'Strand' and is close to Pacific Beach, Mission Bay, and Mission Beach. A short 5 minute walk brings you to the Santa Clara Recreation Center where you can rent sailboats, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and various other water craft. Or if you are interested in surfing or boogie boarding there are multiple surf schools and rental shops nearby. Rent a bike and explore all the way up to Bird Rock in La Jolla or to the South Mission Jetty. A car is not necessary when staying at my condos everything you need is a short walk or bike ride away. Some of my favorite places in the morning are The Swell Cafe or Better Buzz Coffee. For lunch check out Rubicon Deli or the Chop Shop. All these unique local eateries are steps from the condo and are frequented by locals and visitors alike.
