Corporate Housing Software Member Agreement
FEE STRUCTURE
  1. one-time initial Aaxsys "set up and training fee" of $1495; your credit card will be charged upon receipt of this completed Agreement
  2. one all-inclusive "monthly user fee" based on level of inventory; includes placement on one Aaxsys Network domain of choice:
    level 1 25 or less units $50.00
    level 2 26 to 50 units $100.00
    level 3 51 to 100 units $175.00
    level 4 101 to 150 units $225.00
    level 5 151 to 200 units $250.00
    level 6 201 to 250 units $275.00
    level 7 251 to 300 units $300.00
    level 8 301+ units negotiated at a contract rate
  3. minimum six-month agreement
    monthly fee includes
    1. the activation of Aaxsys technology on member's own website, including tech support
    2. all system-wide Aaxsys technology upgrades
    3. membership in the Aaxsys Network
      1. placement on and reservations via the GLN (Global Lodging Network)
      2. marketing of the Network as a whole via the internet, print, strategic partnerships, events, etc
    4. additional fees may apply. Aaxsys reserves the right to charge a fee to members electing to display inventory over any existing or future Aaxsys Network Domain site by:
      1. a percentage of gross rental income for on-line bookings, and/or
      2. a flat fee per request

    PAYMENT METHOD

    1. members must register an approved credit card on file with aaxsys.com for automatic billing on the the 25th of each month for the following month's service.
REFERRAL FEES
  1. a $195 referral fee will be paid to the referring Aaxsys member for each new user signing a minimum six month membership agreement
  2. referrals must be forwarded to Aaxsys in writing prior to receipt of the completed membership agreement
ADDITIONAL TERMS
  1. Aaxsys may adjust a member's monthly fees for customized upgrades performed for that member
  2. upgrades which benefit all members may result in a blanket fee increase; changes in fees are subject to (90) days notification, and distributed proportionately to member(s) based on usage
  3. Aaxsys Technology, a California Corporation, is patented and administered by American Marketing Systems Inc. (AMSI)
    1. Aaxsys member databases are operated over a secure site and are password-protected
    2. login capability by Aaxsys administrators is for the sole purpose of support, maintenance, or the addition of new applications
  4. to preserve the integrity of the Aaxsys system, all members:
    1. agree to accurately maintain their property and reservation databases
    2. agree to cooperate with all other Aaxsys Network members in cross-referrals and the payment of negotiated commissions
  5. Aaxsys may advertise the availability of member(s) inventory in print, other media, or over the internet to promote the marketing and growth of the system
  6. Aaxsys does not make any claim to manage member(s) inventory, operations, occupancy, or negotiated contracts with other Aaxsys member(s)
  7. any member(s) may terminate their participation in the Aaxsys system at any time after the initial six month agreement has passed; notice of termination must be given in writing to Aaxsys and will be effective upon receipt
