Mermaid Crossing is a one bedroom/one bath condo, located on the 9th floor of the oceanfront high rise building, Capri by the Sea. IMPORTANT: It's currently being remodeled during the coronavirus down time by a talented father/son team
PHOTOS DO NOT MATCH what you will see when you arrive. We gutted the kitchen and put in new cabinets, quartz countertops, and new stainless appliances. The bathroom has a new tub/shower with beautifully tiled walls, new cabinet with quartz top, and a new toilet with bidet features. Living room has all new Pergo-style "driftwood" flooring set on diagonal, mirrored walls on South side, a rock wall with an electric "mood" fireplace that also provides heat, a mantle and 65 inch TV, ceiling beams and a ceiling fan, a comfortable new sofa hide-a-bed plus we have added a queen Murphy bed facing the view that converts to a large desk when in the up position. The bedroom now has a very high end KING bed, a 50 inch TV and ceiling fan. All new furniture throughout. This condo features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room to maximize the breathtaking views of the ocean and by mid-year the picket railings will be replaced with all glass railings for an uninterrupted view of the pacific ocean. You will love your stay in this conveniently located condo in the heart of Pacific Beach. It is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops and just steps to the sun and sand. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and eating comfortably at home, with a spectacular ocean view! The condo sleeps 6 very comfortably or 3 each with your own bed. We provide all linens and towels, including 6 beach towels and enough paper and soap products for at least a one week stay. Capri by the Sea offers every amenity you could want and need for your stay in San Diego. A single parking space is included with your reservation. The rooftop deck offers 360 views of Pacific Beach, with 2 BBQ grills and picnic tables and lounge seating. A heated (80 degrees) pool and hot tub are located on the ground floor just East of the Capri high-rise building and are accessible with your key fob. A washer and dryer (coin-operated) are located at the south end of the hallway just outside the condo. A trash and recycling shoot is located on the north end. Your key fob gives access to the parking garage, all floors, the rooftop deck and pool and hot tub area. Check-in instructions sent via email will provide more details about how to obtain your door lock code and fobs. | |
