Townhouse has just been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and central heating and air conditioning.  We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable, free WiFi, and DVD player.  The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, and dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal.

Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs allow for privacy.  Downstairs living room has a pull-out sofa to sleep two more.  Our unit comes with a full size crib, pack 'n play, high-chair, and stroller.  We are also right next to Pacific Beach Library for some quiet reading time with the family and a small playground to enjoy. 

Our attached garage with code-pad entry contains all the beach gear your family will need!  We have boogie-boards, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cute wagon to wheel everything down to the beach.

We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. We also have a washer and dryer inside the unit and provide laundry detergent.
